A rental property open-plan living room/dining room that needed to echo the tenant’s lifestyle whilst not making any structural changes.
Design Concept
Dark, moody and enveloping, like a warm hug.
Scope of Work
Space planning, wall, ceiling and wood trim colour selection, all decorating and lighting design.ย ย Using the client’s own furniture, we mixed and matched pieces to create a cohesive design.
Highlights
The addition of a faux-log burner and mantlepiece, acquired from Facebook Marketplace, creating a multi-sensory, nostalgic, cosy anchor to the room.
Result
A fabulously cwtchy, intimate space perfect for hunkering down in on a cold blustery day with a hot chocolate and a Christmas movie!
